The International Student Center will be your home away from home in New York City, right in the heart of Manhattan, in a beautiful and safe residential neighborhood next to Central Park. Situated on the Upper Westside, the youth hostel is easily accessible by subway and buses.

Welcome to the International Student Center. The International Student Center is a not for profit youth hostel for young people and international students (between the ages of 18 and 30) traveling through New York City. Conveniently located on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, the International Student Center is housed in a historical building in a beautiful and safe residential neighborhood, a hop-step-and-jump from Central Park. We are also easy to find, half-a-block away from the local "C" and "B" subway trains; and two blocks away from the "1" and "9" subway trains, besides easily accessible by bus and taxi too.

The youth hostel offers 50 beds in dormitory style accommodations, both single sex and co-ed rooms. Being that we are a 'youth hostel', we welcome guests who are between the ages of 18 and 35. Guest facilities Include . . . TV Lounge with large screen TV/VCR/DVD; Public phones, High speed Internet; Full Kitchen with stove, micro-wave, fridges; A summer garden; and an art gallery.
