Newly opened on December 15, 2002, the Beijing Xindadu International Hostel is located in north-west Beijing, in close range to Beijing University and the Zhongguancun Hi-Tech area.

The hostel has 120-rooms, with between 2-8 beds in each room. It features air-conditioning, 24-hour hot water, a self-catering dining room, laundry room, general store, and a reading room.

Residents may use the health centre and other entertainment facilities at the 4-star Xindadu Hotel.

The hostel has a beer garden.

It takes about five minutes to go to the Beijing Zoo on foot, form where you can take special buses going to all tourist attractions in the outer suburbs.
