The apartments just 15 minutes in metro to the centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya, RAMBLA.Are in a place with family atmosphere but at night, it transforms into a neighborhood with lots of life. Various cinemas, theatres, restaurants and discos along with unique 'Plaças' each with their own atmosphere characterize Gracia. 'La Plaça del Rellotge', where the Gràcia Town Hall is, has many bars, with tables outside, and in summer, it's common to see live concerts. 'La Plaça del Diamant' and 'La Plaça del Sol' also have many pavement bars and discoteques, for all kinds of people.

The Barcelona_Gracia apartments is a building of three areas;
1- Apartment of 6 people: two double rooms and two individual sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen completely equipped and private bathroom
2 Apartment of 5 people : Loft with 3 individual beds is a duplex in the first plant, kitchen totally equipped and bathroom. In the second plant, 2 individual beds, cooks totally equipped and bath.

Please note that check in is after 14.00 and check out before 11.00am. There is a deposit for the keys which is €150 and cancellations need to be done 7 days in advance, directly with the apartment. (email, phone call etc.)

- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights and 7% VAT is not included in the price.
